I listen to girl boss regularly for quiet some time now and have recommended it to many friends (both generally and specific episodes). I have learnt quiet a lot about the world of business and entrepreneurialism from listening to girl boss alone but more importantly, with its positive and honest attitude the podcast continuously empowers me to believe in my dreams and aspirations, embrace challenges and keep going. Listening to it has become like an affirmation because it exposes the thoughts as well as the struggles that these amazing women have gone through to reach the place where they are today and it reminds me that I am not alone. As a listener who isn’t bases in the USA I just hope that they one day expand it to be more international, as I think it would be interesting to hear perspectives from women in other places in the world too.

I've been listening to GirlBoss for over three years and it's been and remains a key part of my weekly routine. I've cultivated so much motivation to go after what I want in my career from listening to her guests stories, and also from Sophia herself, and her raw honesty of her own growth. I’m relatively new to Girlboss radio but have worked my way through much of the back catalogue as it’s such good listening! I love how Sophia and the guests have a really frank discussion. Great guests but TOO MANY ADS!... the interview doesn’t even start until aprox 10 minutes in which is annoying, and then irruptions throughout for ads. It’s a shame because the podcast is great otherwise, and the guests have really interesting stories.

I found this as I loved the series on Netflix, but I'm not sure Sophia is a natural interviewer and she can be difficult to listen too.

There is a good selection of guests, very informative and useful.

Really dislike the opening monologue which gives a really immature description of success. I agree that it's very subjective but the way she describes it makes me lose respect for her.

I will continue to listen, but it's not the podcast that I look forward to turning up every week.

I watched girl boss on Netflix and been hooked on all things girl boss since!! LOVE the podcasts and love that you’ve seen how needed more things like this that SUPPORT female entrepreneurs are. My one request is ; could you please get some more British girl bosses 🙏🏽some of the financial stats and advice don’t apply to me because I’m British.. but other than that you’re doing great and please keep it coming 😘

I really wanted to like this but honestly it’s a really messy podcast to listen to. The interview will start and then a minute later it jumps into an ad. Also why does it sound like the person was interviewed by someone else and Sofia added her voice over the top - very disjointed and isn’t enjoyable to listen to

Really wanted to listen to the Whitney Cummings interview- it didn’t start till 14 minutes in! After 3 long read adverts and a basic chit-chat advert for the girl boss site and event. Wtf Ladies?....1st and last time as a listener. Had such high hopes. So disappointed 😔

As someone working in the fashion industry, I love this podcast. It is informative, entertaining and inspiring. The wide range of guests are always really interesting and I love hearing more about Sophia. Have been a nasty gal customer for a few years and this podcast reminds me that I can still be taken seriously in my industry while not totally killing off my inner teenage punk! Keep up the great work.
