Certain episodes have really helped me through some difficult times - Rachel even responded to an Instagram message requesting additional information about coping with grief. I started listening to this podcast just a few months ago at a time when my life was incredibely stressful and listened to almost the entire back catalogue within 2 weeks! Rachael's tips are practical and easy to implement into every day life and they are just great to listen to when you need to feel calm. I've since purchased the 21 Day Journey into mindfulness and love going through the resources available on the web page. This podcast definitely helped me make it through a really difficult time and helped soften the impact and gave me something to focus my energy on when the stress finally became too much but also helped me in my recovery.
I only discovered this podcast this week but now I am binge listening to all of the previous episodes. I can resonate with all the topics and Rachael is so easy to listen to. I look forward to many more episodes to come.
I love this podcast, I can take part of every episode towards my personal journey. I find that between my meditation practise and various podcasts, I can truly become a better person, who makes more mindful decisions in my life. Listening to this podcast has become one of my favorite parts of the week, it truely has changed my life to a sunny place: I started meditating every day for at least 5 minutes, got back into yoga and pracitce every day and most importantly, I’ve found effective ways how to deal with stress, fear and other challenges life throws at me! I stumbled upon The Mindful Kind podcast months ago, while I was looking for a mindfulness podcast that would resonate with me. I am so glad I found the Mindful Kind. Rachael's voice is calming yet full of energy, warm and genuine. The Mindful Kind makes the whole mindfulness concept accessible to all - you don't have to be highly spiritual, experienced or have a lot of time ahead of you to enjoy an episode: the Mindful Kind clearly explains and gives tools to practice mindfulness. The episodes are short yet packed with great tips. (I love this format!). I highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in learning more and/or practicing mindfulness! It's been a great way to start the day for me!

I have never left a review for anything before, but I enjoy this so much that I hope other people take the time to listen. I didn’t know much about mindfulness until listening to this and I really believe its improving my wellbeing. There aren't many podcasts which I can sit and listen to for long and more importantly enjoy! However this podcast is one which I regularly listen to and find so engaging. This podcast is delivered in such a calm, interesting way and is full of strategies and tips to help everyday people cope with day to day stress. I would thoroughly recommend this podcast to everyone.
I've only listened to a couple of Rachel's podcasts but I'm already drawn in. She has a calming, even tone to her voice which makes for easy listening. I'm looking forward to following her more.
