Lots of quite lame stories read by someone who needs to understand how to use a microphone properly to avoid the ‘p’ sound popping constantly :-/

Very difficult to find such a well produced, horror narrative podcast.

The editing is well done, and the range of readers allows for it to stay fresh. I would recommend this to anybody who loves the narration of stories instead of a long, serial horror podcast

MaddMike completely delivers the scare factor on his aptly titled Scarecast project. He his one of the best contemporary story narrators that I have heard. The stories he tells are delivered in a deceptively seductive voice, but you are always aware that it's horror, whether mild or severe, he's relating to you, not love stories. The stories he chooses to read never disappoint, and they are peppered throughout with changes of voice to reflect certain noteworthy characters and suitable sound effects that add to the creepiness of the tale at hand. Kudos to MaddMike for this always-intriguing podcast and you will yearn for fresh episodes as surely as a figure in the darkness awaits its victim ...

I've been subscribed to MaddMike on YouTube for about 7 months now, every single one of his videos are chilling and overall good quality. I've recently liked the McDonalds horror story and I couldn't imagine any other voice for that story, he has very specific particular voice which presents the stories very well. I would recommend his channel to anyone who loves scary stories narrated by a true talent. I only recently found out that he has a podcast and straight away subscribed.

These stories give me the chills. Actual proper chills, and I would recommend to any horror fan.

I first encountered MaddMike on YouTube, where he's one of the top narrators of scary stories. Great, suspenseful voice and excellent delivery, with good timing and use of background sounds. One of the very best and highly recommended

I've followed Mike on Instagram for a while now and have been intrigued by his love of horror and these "podcasts" he had mentioned. I'm crap with technology but having finally got with it I've just listened to a few and I'm hooked 😀 absolutely brilliant, I can't wait to listen to more. Mike clearly puts 100% into what he is putting out there.

MaddMike is currently my favourite horror narrator.

Great stuff from MaddMike, what really sets these apart from a lot of the other horror narrations I've heard is the attention to detail in the editing. The added effects both ambient and those that are more pronounced really help to make the stories more immersive, and it's that extra effort on top of stellar narration that makes this guys work so easy to recommend.

I urge you to give it a shot if you're at all into CreepyPasta.
