These podcasts will help triathletes get the most return out of their swim preparation by covering all the essential topics and ingredients that are necessary to make triathletes better and safer swimmers. Through Gerry's countless years of coaching thousands of triathletes and Jim's racing/training/coaching experience, the two will take on all topics relevant to triathlon swimming.
A great series. I really like the short sections, breaking it down to the elements and focus the needs of beginner or weak swimmers. The spaghetti analogy is brilliant and has really helped me a lot to understand the degree of problem my poor psture is causing. From a purely personal viewpoint, it would be great at a later stage to do more in depth on drills etc. to work on the posture element.
