I cried listening to the first episode of this. Hearing Caroline describe how restriction affects the body and links to hunger and cravings, finally it was explained to me that it isn't my fault that the diets I've tried haven't worked. Everything she said made so much sense and it was such a relief to hear. If you're fed up of dieting, if something doesn't quite feel right but you can't put your finger on what it is , if you're trying to improve your relationship to your body and food, you need to listen to this show.
