I commute a good distance to work and have listened to many drama based podcasts. This is by far the best yet. Many stories/dramas rely far too much on gratuitous violence/language. This is different as the writing and acting is top notch. The dark humour is excellently done and not overplayed. This podcast should be winning awards! Well done!

I have been through so many narrative horror podcasts and they all either became unneccesarily gratuitous and end up detracting from the story or come from the mind of amateur writers who take 100 words to say what could be said with 10. Not Uncanny County, this wonderful podcast is to the point, brilliantly acted and inventive and always leaves you wanting more. Has one of my favourite ever podcasts too, the clown hotel episode! outstanding!

I keep coming back to Uncanny County - it really is one of the most consistently well-produced, well written shows out there. The stories always feel fresh and new, often with old tropes that you might expect to go one way only for it to take another, completely unexpected path. The acting is without fail fantastic, from everyone involved. The theme song is one of the best ever. I could sing this podcasts praises for paragraphs, but basically, you should subscribe if you like surreal, funny, eerie stories told beautifully.

I LOVE this show. Rainbow kittens, killer clowns, mysterious motels and magic bathtubs... Each episode tells a new, weird and very funny story. My favorite is the episode called “The Boy who cried Alien” I won’t spoil it, but the premise is comic genius...

Utterly in love with this! It's like Gravity Falls for your ears!

Faultlessly produced, it is a brilliant combination of horror, comedy and - well - the uncanny. The production is all the stronger for the warmth and naturalism that Faulkner and Crane bring to each one of these very original stories. A personal favourite.

Simply my favourite audio drama podcast. The sort of thing I've been looking for in any medium, radio, film or TV. Can't wait for more!

Funny, spooky, thought provoking, with hints of horror, Uncanny County has all the elements you need for an excellent podcast. A wide variety of well written stories played by excellent actors. A few common characters tieing the episodes together and providing a few in jokes on the way.

I love this podcast. There is so much character to it and I love the radio play format. Well acted and good fun. :) recommend!

Horror, scifi and comedy perfectly blended together. You will either have a heart attack from fright, die laughing, or most probably both!

I found this after a recommendation from The No Sleep Podcast. Each episode is an independent yet (it appears) related story. The stories are wonderfully written and performed and the production values are incredible. I can't wait to see where they are going with the overall story arc.
