Been trying to quiet my mind after a busy day at work, and return to spirituality. These podcasts are calming, and deliver a short to ponder, which is a manageable chunk. Will try to fit one in each night before going to sleep.

The audio quality of these podcasts set them apart, Richards clear diction and gentle voice means that one can concentrate on the words being spoken and not be distracted by background noise and poor audio issues. (even Richards American accent is mild)

The length is just right, it means I have been able to set aside 15 to 20 minutes each morning before work to listen to a podcast and reflect on my own circumstances, breathe and relax.

For me these have proved invaluable in enabling me to be more conscious throughout each day and to feel a sense of achievement in my progression on life’s journey.
