Thing is it isn’t all about rugby, just two witty and down to earth guys chewing the fat, usually about food or telly. But when they do discuss rugby it’s top notch insight.

Great podcast been listening to it for years. Big fan of the festering episodes in the service stations. My mate Slug is keen to know what would you rather an otter chained to your ankle for a year or no taste and smell for 6 years? Thanks, Grubbsy.

Used to love this pod but it’s turned into 25 minutes of that product placement scene from Wayne’s world and 5 minutes of rugby chat once they’ve covered all their various sponsors and plugs.

Great podcast, very enjoyable. For me, as an expat, I get my dose of weekly home grown humour from this pod. They also fit in a bit of chat about the rugby at the end, after we’ve heard a bit of Shanklin’s lads lifestyle and Flatman’s weekly dinner menu. Great show.

It’s been a tough year or more for a lot of people so wanted to thank you both for keeping the chemistry going and the banter fresh. As a Dad with two young boys I seem to connect more with stuff you don’t say on the pod, like the pressures of income, worry of sick kids etc.

Whilst it’s always good to hear about your insights on the rugby and the banter on the week’s shenaningans, in the end, it’s just a good lads pod to pass the time with, so thanks and all the best to you both and keep it going.

Disappointingly this has gone massively off the boil over the last months or so. The guys seem disinterested and it feels like they’re just going through the motions and dailing it in.

Listening to this latest episode, I wasn’t walking alone for 10km in the rain just to get out of the house, I was amongst friends, laughing out loud to some great stories. The rugby chat is always personal & informed, and the Netflix suggestions appreciated. Most definitely recommended.

Love listening to this whilst WFH and not seeing my usual rugby gang to chat nonsense with. Flats - opinion has gone up after he rated Spiral (an incredible series) and said he’d never been to Dubai. Shanks - opinion has gone up after he stated dislike for cloves, mushrooms & olives. Great chat even when not much rugby happening. Thank you guys for keep us company and entertained.

I don’t agree, I think Eddie’s monologues are dull and boring. Just cheap time fillers for the BBC. I always say why does he pronounce the french players names with a french accent , but he doesn’t pronounce the Irish players names with an Irish accent. Great pod - Jezza
