Relaxing

One of the most relaxing podcasts I’ve listened to, the most relaxing out of podcasts not specifically for that.
I get that some people are confused by it, I’ve got a fairly good idea of what’s going on but even then I’m not 100% sure, but you just need to change how you’re approaching it. Don’t worry about connecting everything into some solid lore, just enjoy the personalities and stories for what they are. Some of them are touching, others are funny, all of them carry the same feeling of delight, joy and warmth (even during the most hectic times, it never feels stressful or anxious). 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

Truly beautiful

This podcast is a true gem, and has such a simple beauty to it it should not be ignored. Best listened to late at night, the idea of it boring broadcasted straight to my phone/radio helped me become enchanted in its world.
I listened to this for the first time back in summer 2017 as somthing to help me fall asleep as I worked in a tower block over London, and instead I found myself staying up and transported to Paris. The voice acting is great, the stories are captivating and whilst at times I may of found myself a little lost with what was going on, the narrator always helped get me back up to speed. Wonderful to listen, just as much to relisten, I look forward to series two when it comes x

Confused

Disappointed after it was recommended so highly. If I have no idea what is going on in the first five minutes then this is a podcast that is asking too much

Meh.

Does not match the quality of the other projects from the Nightvale team. I am a big fan of WTNV and Alice. This doesn't have quite the same appeal, in my opinion.

Unusual and beautiful

This is a really different podcast to anything you've probably ever listened to. It's so imaginative, and manages to create a very specific atmosphere and images. It's very relaxing to listen to, has brilliant characters and music and I would definitely recommend it!

Otherworldly fun

Charming and whimsical, with darker elements. The tone is beautifully surreal and the outstanding audio design coupled with memorable performances makes the whole production absolutely absorbing.

So far, so good!

I'm writing this after lstening to the first episode )so who knows, maybe the rest will be awful). So far I am thoroughly enjoying this podcast, it's well written, wonderfully acted and, to be honest, I have a thing for this specific kind of setting/story. Julian the Janitor reminds me a lot of Elliott Smith for some reason, which is a bonus. I can't wait to hear more!

Good start

I'm really digging the vintage style the vocals have to them and the music.

Awesome!

Pretty strong start to something undoubtedly fascinating! Really enjoyed the vintage sound of it, and the weird layered reality thing that seems to be going on. Looking forward to hearing the next parts.
