A fantastic resource for all of us

Julia Samuel is one of our foremost voices on grief and bereavement. I cant recommend this podcast, or her book, enough for anyone affected by grief of any sort. There is something for all of us in Julia’s work and hers is a voice of compassion and understanding that can make all the difference if you feel yourself floundering. Please give it a listen ❤️

Lovely podcast

First time I've written a review, this podcast really gives you a look inside how much grief can follow you through life, I know first hand about loss and grief so it was comforting and very emotional listening to others tell their story.

thank you :)

the teenage grief episode is proving to be helpful for me - although i lost my dad a year ago (at 15 too) i'm only now getting help and it's nice to actually hear stories from someone who went through a similar experience. it reminds me i'm not totally alone :)

Wonderful

As someone currently going through the whole 'grief thing' I've found this podcast interesting and enlightening. Haven't read the book but my mum has and has also found it very useful.

Grief - trying to support as a friend

I have recently met someone who lost his wife in a road accident. This helped me to understand how I can be a friend. Thank you

Brilliant!

I loved this podcast. A hard subject to deal with, but sensitively done. A useful tool for anyone dealing with grief at any level. I found it useful as although I'm not dealing with grief in a specific sense; I do have cancer, and some of the issues raised can easily be applied to those areas that are supposedly "difficult". This should be required listening!
