Being a comedian is the hardest thing anyone can do. As such, those who achieve even a modicum of success in this selfless, humanitarian, dangerous career are rightly held up as the best of us. True heroes. In this series David Reed will interview some of comedy's most available exponents and ask them "Who are you under all that skin?", "When did comedy first bite you?" and "What's the microphone for?" as he delves deeper than anyone has ever delved inside the comedian.
Wonderful, escapist humour - incredibly clever at times, fantastically silly at others. Difficult to fathom the talent it takes to make this work, but David and the interviewees are more than up to the task. Enjoy.

The interview show like no other
It's back in full audio for both ears. The latest in a series of podcasts in this series returns for a new series. The doyen of dialogue, the nonpareil of interlocution David Reed asks questions of his comic guests that they, and maybe he, didn’t expect and their answers will leave you…eventually.
Highest recommendation.

Very Funny!
Good spoof interviews with some genuinely hysterical verbal sparring between host and guest. Can't wait for the next series. Thanks.

Inside The Comedy
David Reed (Penny Dreadfuls, Film Fandango) 'interviews' comedians about the unbelievably true highs and lows of their career. Very funny, a nice counterpoint to the insightful but terribly earnest comedy interview podcast format.

Extremely entertaining
If like me you listen to multiple podcasts with comedians interviewing other comedians with varying degrees of seriousness you'll probably find this improvised parody a very enjoyable listen.

Comedians Comedian meets Inside The Actors Studio
Having seen one show recorded live, I've been looking forward to the release of this for ages. Comedians interviewing other comedians has long been a podcast staple, and it's about time this format was spoofed.
