I love MSW but the Book Club is probably the weakest podcast in the network. If you’ve already read the book under discussion you probably won’t get much out of the podcast as it’s really just Allison & Dana summarising the book and fan girling over the author. Not really any critical discussion or interesting opinion from either of them. Not really a book club, more a book promo, which is fine but not very interesting.

Soooo pleased this new venture is underway. Congratulations. My new fix.

Parsing the full spectrum from legal-ese through to javanka gossip during a historically dark U.S administration of Grifter fact-free predatory profiteers. Great guests including Joyce Vance, and numerous others. Daily news sister podcast ‘the daily beans’ also a winner! News....with swearing! 🤓

It was good to hear the reassuring voice of Uncle Blazer, and to hear his wise words, since he has the overview of all these shenanigans. Thank you for having him on.

This might come across as mean but I’ve been enjoying the episodes without Jaleesa. She adds nothing to the show and often comes across like an annoying child butting into an adult conversation. AG introduces the show by welcoming “Mueller Junkies”, yet I’ve often found myself wondering how I appear to know more than Jaleesa about what’s gone on in the news that week...and I live in England!

AG provides intelligent and fact-supported analysis into what is really happening in the US administration. As a UK listener I find that when there is a lot of banter it is hard for me to understand as the women all talk together and it becomes unintelligible, also the sound isn't always clear. However, I look forward to my weekly beans and thank goodness for The Resistance in the US. Good luck ladies!

As a listener from the UK, it keeps me up to date on the presidential train crash currently happening in The White House. We’re currently going through a similar locomotive one here too but it’s always nice to look over the fence and see our American cousins are at least doing an investigation into who put a crazy drunk in charge of their train. Keep up the good work ladies!

If you want to watch democracy and listen to its highs and lows, it’s constant battle with the current president then this is the one to listen to. Hope they keep it up when the president changes, democracy requires monitoring.

These ladies give accurate insight into everything that is going on around the Mueller report. They’re also smart and funny and it’s my first listen podcast whenever a new episode drops.

Not only is this a super intelligent analysis of all things Mueller- and justice-related in these troubled times, but the ladeez are very funny and their banter is the best.

Great listening. Now, what I need is a “rogues gallery” with pictures and a quick biography of this cast of criminals. My poor old brain struggles to remember them all, and they mainly seem to be middle- old aged blokes.

I am obsessed with the horror show across the pond and consume hours of content relating to it each week. This is the best pod going on Trump/US politics in my opinion.

It’s also pretty funny.

This is the podcast I didn't know I needed. One request: could AG speak a bit slower when she's going through her research for Just the Facts/Hot Notes? I know this might make every pod ~3hrs long but as things are the wave of crazy info is kinda washing over me.

PS - I assumed beans referred to magic beans that might grow into beanstalks to raid Trump tower.

When you find yourself uttering killer lines like “It’s conjecture. But I’m right.” As people look on blankly... you know that binge listening to these 3 women in podcasting from episode 1 to the night of the mid terms (there you go!) is the way to stay grounded in a world gone mad. They deserve your time attention and respect.

I don't know where these gals find time to do all their research but this is a really sharp, very informative and very funny podcast.
