Good Podcast...but we have to talk Dharmesh.

Hi guys
In general really enjoy the podcast and the different angles and transfer talk is great. I do however have one major problem with the podcast and it’s Dharmesh’s insistence on yelling the presenters name, whoever it is, on every single podcast at the start. PLEASE STOP THIS...I know you might think it’s a trademark or catchphrase but in reality it’s just grating and I have to skip the first 2 mins of every pod because of it. Or then that sterling work and keep up the good work 👍

Utter garbage. The official podcast of Manchester United and has been for a few transfer windows. A bang average side getting huge coverage for what? There are other teams in the league, funnily enough c

Typical Sky Sports just mentioning five or six of the bigger clubs. Every other team completely ignored. An hour of my life completely wasted.

This is the worst football podcast that I’ve listen to.
The 2 fellas bicker like school boys, their knowledge of football is poor and they spend 90% of the show discussing Manchester Utd.
The totally football show or Football weekly leaves this sorry show in the dirt.
Don’t waste your time.

The pod used to be good when Laura Woods held court but since then & since that annoying Transfer Rewind section on SSN has got traction these two just fill your ears with garbage and it’s difficult to listen to them twice a week on the pod and every week night on SSN. Don’t waste your time with pointless immature chit chat about nothing.

Bales situation the beginning

Makes my journeys to and from work far easier listening to you guys. Question for you, do you think we will see more players and clubs in Bale’s situation in the coming years with the way prices/valuations are going and what is the resolution to this if it does keep happening? Who’s going to be the one that comes off worse? The player, the club or the manager?
Thanks guys

Great work guys. Top stuff as per usual...but I've got a question for you guys. Do you think City should cash in on Leroy Sane? With the Bayern interest not going away and Sane no closer to signing a new deal, it would make sense to me.

Kaveh Solhekov is more interested in trying to belittle dhamesh than discussing transfers. “Would you watch him do keeps uppies” is lazy journalism. Good pod with weak segments

Usually love this pod informative even if irregular. But the two guys Darmesh and whoever need to stop this childish bickering it damages the pod it’s not debate it’s like two stupid children. Just use ex players who have a clue what they are talking about these guys don’t have sources that others can’t access bin them off! Improve the quality lose the children

Hey guys
Great show as always.
Long shot but do you think Liverpool could be saving their money this year to go for mbappe if he becomes available in the future? Seems like a nice lad, wage demands would probably be too much but it would be ace to see him play in this the best league.
If not do you think we may go back in for continuous would love to have him back
Thank you
Paul

Getting repetitive, almost word for word. Too frequent maybe with 3 specific sky sports shows too there just isnt enough content. I prefer the guests that come on such as Christoph Terrer and Guillem Balague (whats happened to him) Darmesh needs to give his poor Geordie impressions a rest - ruins it. Plus he was linking jean Michael seri with arsenal all window last time and he ended up at fulham, well done... Get Pete Graves back

Decent enough podcast, which is generally very informative and the contributors are a good listen.
However, having to listen to a 25 minute debate about Man Utd in a 60 minute podcast is a bit much. The transfer window is short and more research should be done to broaden the pod slightly and keep non Utd fans interested.

Delighted to have the podcast back boys! I wrote in about a year and half ago asking about the ‘Coutinho saga’ wanting him gone and replaced with a decent keeper and Centre back. 18 month down the line, that’s exactly what’s happened, champions of Europe and pipped to the league with 97 points (still can’t get over it ) Not that I like to brag ! Keep up the good work thank for a great listen on my commutes around the country!

Really needs a decent producer that understands when you are having to listen to a pod that’s recorded in a tiny tin box, on the worlds worst mic, or talking to people over the phone, sound levels are a thing.
To have to wallop the volume to full blast to hear the content and then having an advert scream in at jet engine decibels did not make for an enjoyable experience. Especially when I was listening whilst driving. Nearly left the road the first time it happened.
Get a proper producer that’s actually done this before please. Great content but god awful delivery.

We are big arsenal fans and are really worried about the lack of width we have up front. Is it true that arsenal are looking to sign Barcelona outcast Malcolm and will it be permanent?
P.S i sent in a question during the first season and the standards haven’t dropped since love the podcast keep up the great work

This is a transfer podcast, and should try to stick to it. The few teams the pod digresses into talking about how a player could or couldn’t fit into a certain team (particularly a foreign player - even if playing in the prem) they often make statements that are either factually incorrect or would be more suited to the pub.

Exciting!

Thanks

Hey guys! Haven’t had chance to listen to episode 25 yet so, hope this hasn’t already been covered. If rumours of martial soon to be signing a new contract are true does this mark the end for mourinho? It is clearly a move by the board rather than mourinho as he doesn’t want the player. What are your thoughts about how the club is being run at the moment?
P.s keep up the good work, I can’t believe the podcast will be ending soon until January :(

First things first, this podcast is well executed, has a decent host and guests who are fairly knowledgable, but, and it’s a big but, they don’t make me laugh.
Some of the best podcasts make me smile, chuckle and indeed laugh. It’s. it not a massive fault, but I’d like to see them try and be a little bit more natural with their personalities and get a better back and forth going.
Other than my personal gripe I couldn’t recommend this podcast more highly.

Hi guys,
Love the pod. Dharmesh’s one-liners and impressions crack me up. His Tom White is spot on but his Pete Graves sounds more like Mrs Doubtfire!
Anyway, my question is this: I heard that Kepa bought himself out of his contract at Bilbao to force through a move to Chelsea, effectively paying the transfer fee to Bilbao himself, then being paid back by Chelsea. And apparently this is a legal right that players in Spain have. Have I understood that correctly?
Aside from having no idea how the financial structures that would have to be involved to make that happen (personal loans etc) would work, I wondered if this could allow some deals to be done after the deadline for English clubs?
For example, could Andre Gomes buy himself out of his Barcelona contract to effectively make him a free agent and then sign for a premier league club on a free?
Apologies if I’ve understood it all wrong but would be grateful to get it fully explained either way!
Cheers,
Nick

Hey guy love what you guys do and I am upset there is only a few episodes left. My question is as a Manchester United fan it has been uncomfortable too see what Jose had been saying and the way he has conducted himself. Do you believe the Manchester United hierarchy may be planning for his potential departure with replacements and who do you guys believe that guy could be.

Hi guys, really enjoyed the past few episodes - quality as usual. Is fekir really on his way to Chelsea? as a Liverpool fan it would seem so bizarre if that transfer would go through considering all that happened with the leaked photos of him in all the LFC gear, I can’t see Klopp allowing him to go to the bridge without making another attempt to get his signature.

Keep up the fantastic work - the biggest disappointment about an early window close is that you guys don’t get as long on the air! My question is, with his destructive and negative attitude, surely Mourinho’s time at United is up? If so, will Pottechino be the obvious manager to take over?

Hi guys great podcast as always love the show & in depth analysis. My question is as a supporter the Thibaut Courtois situation has become unhealthy & in resolvable in my opinion I would cash in now & take a fee as he clearly doesn’t want to be at the club no more my question is with Maurizio Sarri looking at the market in Serie A do you think he could look at Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha? He seems like a player who would fit easily in Maurizio Sarri’s way of playing not to mention at 23 he could be a solid long term option & likely wouldn’t cost a massive transfer fee

New listener, love the show can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on.
My question is... The sale of Ronaldo came as a big shock to the footballing world. We all expected Real Madrid to retaliate with a BIG signing. Any news on who they are looking at now? Or whether they’re happy with who they’ve got already?
