Hosted by skeptic-at-heart Eric Huffman of The Story Church, Maybe God tackles the toughest topics related to faith - from doubts of Biblical proportions, sexuality, near-death experiences, shame, and so much more. Eric invites best-selling authors, psychiatrists, scientists, renowned Christian apologists, artists, atheists, and ordinary people in extraordinary situations to address the questions we all have about life, meaning, and the purpose for our existence. Through powerful storytelling and real vulnerability, he pushes as hard against religion as he does against secularism in search of the only thing that matters: truth.
I recently listened to the most recent podcast episodes on Israel/Palestine conflict, and the very first episode they published in 2018.
It is mind blowing to see the growth in Pasteur Eric, from a first podcast dominated by a debate about truth and a little bit of ego at times, and this last one where he expresses empathy and love for his interviewees in a beautiful christian and inspiring way…
Thanks for your work Julie, Eric and the team!

Excellent series
If you’re concerned about “mindless Christians” and their support for outdated beliefs, then this is the podcast for you! It accepts doubts, it even welcomes them! It presents an alternative view, presents arguments for a path of faith with intellectual rigour, and above all, humour. Going to church in Houston strikes me here in the UK as one that would be challenging, supportive and possibly life changing.
