Shaman Durek's podcast is one of the highlights of my day, easily the most uplifting, inspiring and lifechanging knowledge that I can find with ease on the internet. It's honestly changed my world just listening to this while I'm getting things done around the house, and can lift me out of the lowest of moods because the knowledge shared is so powerful and high frequency. I'm hoping that's my body releasing the energy. OMG I just did this meditation I’ve never experienced anything like it, the sensations, the tingling, having my eyes wide open for someone who normally meditates with them closed! After it I burst into laughter and had a song in my head that I love so I put it on and my body just wanted to dance.
