Welcome to Smashing The Ceiling, the podcast of The Skylark Collective, where we love to showcase the lives of women who have achieved amazing things in their careers, some who have got a really cool or unusual job, and some who have just had a very interesting life.
Each week I sit down with one woman to dig a little deeper into the HOW of it all - how did they get where they are, how they picked themselves up when things didn’t go right, and how their mentors, motivations and mistakes have led them to achieve the things they have.

Inspiring and informative
I have recently started listening to the Smashing The Ceiling podcast and I love it. I am currently in a career transition and I have found the episodes I have listened to so far both inspiring but also very helpful because they include a lot of practical advice. Naomi is a great interviewer, she asks very insightful questions and she makes sure the conversations dont just cover the guests top achievements but also their struggles and challenges and how they got to where they are.

Wonderfully insightful!
This podcast gives a wonderful insight into careers; particularly those that women would never dream of being associated with. Love hearing about strong women doing it for themselves and proving the world wrong - inspiring and easy to listen to.
