I’ve loved how relational Kate is with others ever since I was a teenager tuning in week-after-week to the Pop Idol spin off show. I really enjoy each of the podcasts and they are infused with such interesting stories. It really does feel like you’re listening to a conversation between friends. I particularly like all of the gossip from Kate’s time with others ‘back in the day’. You can tell that the guests really enjoy their time with Kate and long may these continue.

Brilliant interviews, great thought out questions and never too gushy. Really enjoy listening to Kate Thornton and her guests.

Such a good podcast, but the sound is shocking to point I’ve not listened to last 2 episodes sounds like in fish bowl and volume so low . Been months and still not sorted All other podcasts sound is crystal clear so know it’s issue with ur production ! SORT IT OUT or will loose loads of listeners

Loved listening to this. I’ve followed kate from big brother days, listened to her podcast maybe baby and always hoped they would make the decision to have a baby and was delighted when I found out Kate was pregnant… I too suffered with postnatal depression and was breastfeeding and felt so much pressure to do so, it was a very similar journey I had to kates… motherhood is so hard but so rewarding and the love for your child grows and grows… Kate and boj seem such amazing parents, and Noa is such a gorgeous little girl…. I love watching her on kates stories…. And the relationship they all have. I really wish them all the success and happiness in the future they all deserve! Xx

Great to hear Richard & Judy but the quality of the recording is annoying as there is too much echo sounds like Kate is sitting in an empty corridor so sorry I couldn’t listen to full show, please sort out your acoustics sounds very amateurish

Loved and loving these podcasts but it would be good to hear you meeting your guests in the flesh again like other podcasts have started to do again. The sound quality at times is shaky and I’m finding it’s quite lazy to call guests on zoom rather than meeting them. I understand it’s probably convenient but everyone’s moving on and zoomed out it’s time to start meeting your guests and the sound quality will sort itself out.

Hard work for Kate and hard work to listen to. Kate is only as good as her last guest, so please dont judge on this episode. There’s a reason why Simon Mayo is intervewER and not intervireEE.

I do generally enjoy this podcast and really love Kate’s style and total empowerment of other women, you’d be lucky to have her as a friend reckon.

The Nicki Chapman episode was interesting and as an 80’s child I was really keen to hear more about the music and magazine world back then, especially through the eyes of two successful women.

It was just the ending which didn’t really sit right with me. Amazingly Nicki’s brain tumour has gone and I am so pleased for her. But Kate’s reaction to that was a quite common response of - she’s a strong women, of course it wouldn’t last long in her body, she decided to get rid so it did… etc etc.

I think talk like that is pretty damaging to people who aren’t so lucky, who may not have been ‘strong’ enough to get rid. Who may be about to die.

I’m no medical expert - but to my understanding tumours don’t really work like that and it often makes it seem that those who don’t survive haven’t fought hard enough. Which certainly is not the case.

Great episode but dreadful sound quality

Great podcast but please sort out the sound. Kate is so much clearer and louder than her guests. I could hardly hear Nicky Chapman unless Kate was deafening.

As a avid podcast listener this has to be one of the best. The host takes the time to compile unique interesting questions . This results in an interview where the subject has the chance to to tell a new story rather than the same relentless questions that they’ve had to repeatedly answer time after time. Even if I’ve never heard of the interviewee I find myself getting drawn in. Thank you Kate for putting the work in to produce such a rewarding listen.

Kate Thornton is a really fab presenter who has an excellent knowledge about journalism and broadcasting as I am a trainee journalist and broadcaster Kate is a really big influence.

Kate is such a fabulous presenter, I love her interview style, always professional, has empathy, is warm and caring and asks questions that need to be answered in a way that is never intrusive

A woman who is independent and fierce, yet soft and vulnerable too, I look forward to a new episode downloading every week f my week

Really? Bawdy, boring, self-indulgent. Yuk. Who are these women? They don't represent the women I admire. So many great podcasts out there, to delete this one is no loss. Check out ‘spinning plates’ instead.

Love this podcast, Kate is a great presenter, always getting the gritty details out of people in a nice way. Really enjoyed Alan Cummings interview, such a versatile actor.

Everytime I think I have heard the best episode, another belter comes along. Alan Cumming...the man is just a delight.

Shirley Ballas was amazing. I’ve recently seen her on a few shows other than strictly and she’s fabulous. Really need to read her book now 😊

Enjoyed listening to Danni Minogue and her petite frustration. I’m on the opposite end as I am tall and not a lot of places cater for this especially if tall and plus size. Some tall ranges cater for slim people but not everybody is slim

Just had to add to my review that WWQT is my staple and each episode brings something new and interesting to me. The diverse range of guests are inspiring as well as helping to open my mind and awareness.

Thanks have to go to Kate who makes it so easy just like a “natter with your friends” - was a go to before lockdown but has been a saving grace throughout!

Listened for the first time to the Marcus Wareing episode, loved it. Both Kate and Marcus very down to earth will definitely listen to more

Love listening to your podcast, is been a good distraction during lockdown

Kate has the most genuine and open way of getting the best out of people she’s chatting to, to the point where it’s like best friends having a chat over a drink where nothing is off limits, there’ s laughter, sometimes tears but its all completely comfortable to hear and experience. I certainly have seen a much deeper side to the guests that Kate has interviewed and the chats have brought many interesting subjects to the table. I so look forward to hearing many more episodes, thank you Kate for your superb podcasts!

Kate has such a wonderful way of interviewing her guests that never feels forced or insincere, meaning she's able to bring out the very best in everyone she speaks to! Always so very entertaining and interesting, no matter who's featured or what the topic of conversation is.
