Often as new mums, we don’t realize or put much value on learning and training to be effective. Most of us, like myself, learnt that the hard way round- through experiencing difficult times then decided to change my perspective and then ways of doing things.

Getting the right paradigm, the right attitude and right frame of mind is so essential to becoming the kind of mum you aspire to be.
