About Renata:
Renata Joy is a mom, a grandmother and the founder of Pure Joy Wellness—a community-based lifestyle brand that helps women over 50 improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and self-care. A former Emmy-nominated television producer, she started Pure Joy Wellness to teach women the importance of taking care of themselves, and to show them how to regain their health, revitalize their bodies and spirits, and be confident in who they are at ANY age. At 65, I can honestly say I’m living my best life—and that you can, too.
She’s on a mission to create a community where women feel safe to talk about whatever issues they’re dealing with and to change the conversation about aging, and give women who have been left out and ignored a voice.
