Comedy about comedy
The Comedian's Comedian is great and everything, but Jokes with Mark Simmons is more succinct and gets to the point quickly.

Listened to both episodes of this podcast today after stumbling across it. Was baffled as to why some of the jokes didn’t work. Brilliantly funny and found myself trying to find solutions on how to make some work

Great Concept and Execution
For the comedy fan, it's a valuable insight into the the fact that a great set/show takes time to hone.
For the bitter and twisted, less successful comedian, it's schadenfreude that even top comedians have dud jokes.
For the fellow comedian who just appreciates his peers (me), it really gets the creative juices flowing, and as with the fan perspective, reminds you a great set takes time to form.
