Having been a chef for 25 years there are so many things and anecdotes that have been told in the 2 series that I can relate to fully!

Easy to listen to for a wind down after work or even just walking the dog, I literally never stop smiling from the first minute to the last... keep it up!

As a chef it’s been interesting to hear both Paul and his guests opinions on various kitchen matters! Keep up the good work and I look forward to eating at Salt in the near future!

I listen to this podcast whilst in the kitchen doing the mundane tasks every chef hates! Now I look forward to some quiet time in the afternoon whilst we’re closed so I can put the podcast on and nod whilst grinning at the chef’s stories!

This is a genuinely laugh out loud funny podcast. Some great guests with some great stories from “behind the scenes” which are a real eye opener about the cheffing world!!

Catching up on the old episodes, this has been on constantly for me since I hit play on ep1. Every episode has been a good balance between insightful stories and funny banter. I look forward to more 👍

If podcasts could earn a Michelin star then this would have one. Having eaten at many restaurants with stars over the years, I have always appreciated the effort that goes in to the food and to hear the stories behind it make me want to go to even more. Paul is a great host for this and his acquaintances that join him make the show. Salt is now top of my next places to eat as is listening to the next series. I listened to the first one in four days, couldn’t put it down! Chefs should run the country and Brexit would have been dealt with, all complaints to trip advisor
