Fantastic candid banter between G and Luke and their guests (Wout was brilliant!), it’s just the right mix of cycling insight and poking fun at each other and other pros, in the context of what’s happening in the world of pro racing! Love it!

Really enjoyed my first listen to this podcast. However the sound quality on the latest edition from Luke’s microphone did slightly detract. Hey guys I am sure you can afford a decent mic set-up!

Love the idea boys great to hear from some modern hero’s of the game. Need some more lessons on being live mind ....what about listening to mark and lard or Steve Wright for inspiration!

I enjoy this podcast when commuting on the bike and banging out the wattage. However, I do have one reservation, it would be worthy of a five star review if Wout Poel appeared on a weekly basis.

Ok. So it’s early days for this podcast and it’s a bit rough and ready at the minute with the discourse not following as well as it could. But, I’m a huge fan of both Luke and Geraint. They always come across well in interviews and whenever they have appeared on other podcasts (“fanciful”). Clearly these first few pods have been done on the fly whilst they have been focusing on more important matters. Great things to come I think.

G - How much of a difference does the bike really make (ignoring time trials)? i.e if you rode a 1k bike do you think you would have the same (similar) result? Is it simply the rider?
