Description

Stellar production, engaging performances and a gripping script make this science fiction thriller well worth your time. Ok, the alternating emotional baggage talks and life or death close calls are the norm for this type of podcast, but Fathom is so well written and performed that you’ll enjoy every minute of the ride.

A really good original and interesting story.

The production itself is also fantastic. The music and sound effects really drew me in and I felt totally immersed…or rather submerged 😁

Great!

Brilliant production and voice acting. Altogether different, but little nods to sci-fi such as Aliens and Terminator. Very impressed. Earphones recommended.

Unmissable!

Everything about this is brilliantly done, acting, sound effects and storyline. It’s up there with we’re alive and leviathan (my two favourite podcasts), I’d lump all 3 together, can’t wait to hear more!

It was my day off so I binged it in a day! Just couldn’t turn it off.

Headphones are definitely the way to go if you have them.

Totally hooked

I usually listen to pods when I commute to work however I am enjoying the pod so much I forgo evening tv to continue listening to the wonderful drama unfold.

All of the actors are wonderful and the production and sound scape is mesmerising.

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up from me. This story is fantastic, the actors are top drawer and the production is really 1st class. This truly is a movie for your ears and worth your time. I truly hope you can continue to make this podcast and expand upon the Derelict/Fathom stories you’ve already given us.

Engaging, exciting and riveting!

An engaging story, exciting twists and turns and story telling that has left me wanting more…

If a great book makes you turn to the next page, Fathom makes you want to hear the next second, and the one after that.

Fathom shows that small productions really can compete with the larger companies, and make better content.

Not great

While the audio quality is good the volumes are way off.

It’s extremely hard to hear dialogue as the breathing, ambient noise and suit sound effects are all much louder than the voice sound.

It actually becomes incredibly frustrating to get through an episode. So while the story is interesting it’s too difficult to continue as you miss entire chunks of dialogue.

Speechless!!!

So I downloaded this yesterday and have already listened to 3 episodes, this is AMAZING!!!!

It’s like listening to a movie. From the moment it starts I get completely lost in the story and can’t stop listening.

The effort and effects that have gone into this story is unbelievable and you’re always left wanting more.

Keep up the great work and please keep the episodes coming.
