Season 2 feels like repeat of Season 1

Well researched work. Tragic stories but also very hopeful. I really like both seasons but unfortunately some episodes in season 2 feels like it’s going over season 1’s events over again it with a tiny bit more detail.

Remarkable!

I’ve found Broken to be well conceived and very well edited. Though it deals with horribly disturbing subject matter, it does so in a considered and compassionate way. I do look forward to the next season. Thank you for putting this out there.

A tough listen, well researched and presented. Will listen to series 2 when my stomach allows.

Excellent

So interesting. Well researched & many interviews. Provides a view of the protective systems and prevailing attitudes (of the rich and poor) that allowed Epstein's many crimes to take place. As a Brit I'd love to hear a future episode discussing Prince Andrew's involvement.

eh

if you’re looking for deep rooted info this isn’t for you.. there’s not enough information for my personal liking, i could’ve read just as much in a news paper. half of episode 5 is pointless and to be honest boring. episodes 4 is the only reason i gave this a 3, hearing victims and their stories is the kind of thing i like to know about.

Fascinating

Extremely well put together, thought out and the facts are really well presented.

Lesser attempt at Serial style podcast

A lesser attempt at doing a serial style podcasts. The producers clearly haven’t done as thorough research on a topic that requires a lot of it as it’s so deep rooted.
I think it’s entertaining on a superficial level, I’ve learned some things but there is a lack of structure and continuity between episodes. A good podcast branches off to tell different stories but each episode should have a common thread that leads on to the next.

Moves so slow and moved to every 2 weeks

Started well but it’s so infrequent and it’s sharing barely any information.
Moving onto something with a bit more pace

All over the place

There are some good interviews (episode 4 with the musician is great, showing also the way Epstein and Maxwell financially coerced young women) but overall this doesn't seem to have any narrative. Two weeks between each episode is too long especailly when the episodes seem disparate. Episode 5 about the reporter's backstory could have been half the length and more focus on trying to break the story. The two hosts are also confusing. Not bad but one to miss unless you're really into the topic.

An interesting take

An interesting starter take on the situation. I love that the have Julie K Brown as an exec producer. Looking forward to hearing the series progress into deeper details
