I love this podcast so much and it has been such a huge help to me, especially over lockdown where I really struggled to shut my mind off and sleep. While I understand that in order to maintain the production of this podcast it is neccessary to have 'premium' subscribers who pay and have access to special private episodes, however, I don't think that episodes that have been previously available for all to listen to should then be removed and turned into 'previews'. Personally, I take great comfort in familiarity and routine to help my anxiety, particularly at night, and I will get used to a particular episode, for example a favourite of mine was the California train ride episode, and it will help me sleep without fail and then it will be taken away. I just don't think this is the right way to do it, I would pay for the subscription but I just can't afford it. I understand completely having the special premium episodes for subscribers but not taking away what was once available for everyone and making it exclusive to people who can afford to pay. Aside from this, I think the podcast is genius!
