Great I love the way that Clara is so friendly and kind. My advice is to not cuss as much (not saying that there is lots of cussing or anything) just because then everyone can listen and more people can hear the message you are trying to put forward.I completely support you and am against any racism. Love this podcast, Clara is a great host and tell the love she has for the Big Smoke. The guests also give a great insight into what London means to them that you can’t find in tour guides. Would love to hear John Bodega on the show

Once Clara warmly welcomes you in, this podcast will make you feel as though you know the guests personally, as the conversations go beyond the obvious to reveal the intimate.

And piece by piece the city of London is unveiled to natives and strangers alike, until you feel as though you yourself have walked the same streets in the same shoes as each guest. Especially since lockdown has made travel that much harder, this might be even better than the real thing.

Loving listening to this podcast. I’m not a Londoner, but I love visiting our capital, and it’s great hearing more from those who know it best. A good angle to approach interviewing the interesting and varied guests Clara has on, and to delve into their every day lives.

Clara is London so who better to host this fantasic podcast about our capitl city. The stories each of the guest share are very personable and relatable and Clara lets her guests speak and listens and shares their memories and joys! Its a very uplifiting series and makes you proud to be British!

I’ve been holding off writing a review until I’d listened to most of the episodes and I can say hands down this is definitely my favourite podcast. I love Clara’s positive energy and outlook and I can’t wait for her to bring our some more episodes!

Clara’s fun and compassionate outlook makes this podcast a real gem. She has a great array of guests who help us to see London through all its many facets. This podcasts always uplifts and as a Londoner working aboard its a great life back to the city I love so much.

I love Clara and her pod is just great, she really delves into peoples lives in London, covering the ups and downs, good places and good times but also troubles some had growing up and why these things may have come about. She keeps it fairly light hearted but isn’t afraid to go deep and listen to guest stories. Great job Clara!

As a fan of Clara and all the guests in this show I’ve found this series to be a real great insight into London. As a proud Mancunian, a trip to London always feels like a holiday/ exciting new place so I can’t wait for my next trip to check out some of the recommendations 😁 can’t wait for another series !

This podcast is brilliant I got into this because of the sugababes interview circulating social media. Clara you are great interviewer and ask all the right questions. You have had the perfect guests that capture what LONDON is about so far! Keep it up 💙

I’m listening, so I suppose I quite like it, but she uncovers very little to do with London. Mark Ronson barely knows London it would seem. You get very little in the way of a decent idea of where to go and what to do around the city.

I stumbled across this podcast today. Subsequently spent part of the day listening to the various guests (ie Louis Theroux, Erick and Mo Milligan) whilst shopping and at the gym. Will definitely now form part of my podcast library!

I love the chatty feel of this podcast. I feel like I’m part of the conversation.

I must ask a question though. Clara do you sit and study the bus timetables in your spare time? :-D

I love listening to this podcast about London. Joy Crooks interview was brilliant. Knowing south London well and hearing her talk about Elephant was great.

Clara asks interesting questions which flows nicely for the guests to respond.

Never written a review for a podcast before but, naturally, the force of nature that is Clara Amfo has compelled me to. As with anything Clara does, you can expect interesting guests, great interviews, insightful discussions and a fair few giggles for good measure. Plus if you’re a Londoner or a not-quite-Londoner (Essex gang stand UP), you might find a hidden gem you’ve never visited before in the best city in the world. Throw this all together with Clara’s insanely soothing voice and you’re most certainly onto a winner. Can’t wait for more episodes to brighten my commute!
