Demystifying performance coaching
All too often we see, hear, read and are told my friends of friends the “secret” to unlocking performance. In this podcast Mark very simply outlines the 5 simple steps used when working with players of all levels from beginners to tour players. It makes a refreshing change to hear someone pass on this information that has “been there and done it” so to speak without all the click-bait hype so often used in coaching these days.
An interesting, in-depth and informative and most importantly an informal introduction makes this podcast a great easy listen with a great take away message. Can’t wait for the rest of the series!
