To be or to react - the next level of insight
I came here to support a friend’s podcast and I’m leaving with a calmness of feeling like I understand a lot better what’s going on with me right now, and why I’m so stressed. I’ve had coaching before that’s looked at communicating well, but we never picked up on the simple concepts in here. I’ve also had therapy to better understand my own behaviours. I feel like conflict resolution is the next skill to bring these things together and help me to be me in a high stress workplace. This podcast has clear explanations, real examples, and is well produced. Highly recommended.
