Finally found myself!

So happy to have found this informative, funny, affirming and relatable podcast. Laurie and Sara are so skilled at presenting a real, vulnerable and insightful (and non-stigmatising) glimpse into some of the key elements of BPD as well as very helpful strategies for change and recovery.
Their own experiences, thoughts and perspectives combined with the amazing people they bring on as guests makes for an amazing listen.
As someone who is currently undiagnosed in a stigmatising system where diagnosis is difficult to come by, this podcast is a vital source of information, validation and belonging for me. It has also helped me reduce so much of the toxic shame I’ve been carrying as someone with undiagnosed BPD for so many years. I finally feel empowered enough to lobby for the diagnosis and treatment I need.
Thank you Sara and Laurie. I wonder if you’ll ever truly realise the difference you are making.
