A refreshingly honest and personal take on a situation we all are going to experience in our life times in one way or another. Delivered with a true life approach about the whole aspect of loss and grief, even down to navigating through the processes of actions that need to be addressed when losing a loved one. Heartbreaking but somehow encouraging all wrapped up in one. Recommend to everyone and anyone regardless of situation.

This podcast is so needed in a world that relies so much on social media but is sadly communicating less! It’s so refreshing to hear amazing and brave women talking honestly about their feelings and experiences with grief - something I’ve never really spoken about with people outside of my inner circle.
