The goal of Sanata Dharma is Enlightenment…..to know the truth, the ultimate reality. The reality about this universe, the reality about life, the reality of existence and reality about me – who am I, what is the cause of my birth and existence, what is the cause of this universe.

Knowledge of this truth or reality leads to enlightenment and enlightenment leads to Moksha. Moksha means liberation – liberation from suffering, liberation from the cycle of life and death.
