An awesome, awesome podcast

Only three episodes in and already a favourite. Sue, Austin and Alex provide so much knowledge to the listener. The format of the show means that common questions we have as athletes/ gym-goers are covered in depth, which is extremely helpful. There are no gimmicks, or bells and whistles, and they aren’t just repeating what someone else said. They are three awesome humans who truly know their stuff, and how to apply that to real people living real lives. Highly, highly recommend.
