On this pop-up episode, I am joined by my good friend, and Department Chair of Emergency Medicine at Riverside University Health System, Dr. Mike Mesisca, DO, to discuss updates and info on the Tiger Woods car accident. Dr. Mesisca has about 20 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, and deals firsthand with emergency trauma victims, such as motor vehicle accidents, at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Southern California. We talk about how front line workers handle these trauma cases, Tiger’s injuries/surgeries that we know of to date, and outlook/considerations moving forward for Tiger’s care.
