Renee has worked with Olympic and Paralympic teams, and she currently supports groups like Scottish Gymnastics and the England National Ballet. She’s a pro at handling eating disorders, REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport), and the unique needs of female athletes.
Renee co-founded #TRAINBRAVE to spread awareness about eating disorders in sports and hosts the popular Trainbrave Podcast. She’s also written best-selling books like "More Fuel You" and "Training Food."
In this conversation, we dive into RED-S, Hypothalamic Amenorrhoea, how social media impacts our overall health, the truth behind back to back endurance challenges, how beneficial 'What I Eat in a Day' videos really are, and so much more.
