I had so many “aha moments” listening to these podcasts, especially internal family systems. Interesting to learn a helpful way to look at healing by addressing the concept of how we assign the different parts of ourselves to work on our behalf.

I shall be using this information to help my clients and a way to learn and understand myself more.

What a great podcast, I knew his recommendations were spot on because I have read some of those books and they are truly transformative reads. I now have loads other titles to add to my collection after listening to this. He explains stuff so well, can’t wait for next months edition.
