Came to it a few months ago via Elis & John. Took me a few episodes to get into the vibe - so glad I persevered. Some of the most absurdly funny conversation I’ve ever heard. I’m about to go into mourning as I have almost caught up 😫

Effortlessly charming, incredibly funny at times. Ben, Mike and of course Henry seem so deliciously nice. It has been, and always will be, my favourite 3 band podcast.

Big Elis n John fan so heard this was good. Listened to budget airlines episode. Really unfunny unlikeable posh boys talking about stuff they don’t have a clue on but have read elsewhere (houses in the 1970s ? Were they even born then ?). Forced and unfunny.

How they can keep up this level of consistency hilarious surreal comedy is absolutely incredible

I found this podcast after it was recommended in the comments of another podcast. But I wish podcasts that are well established had a START HERE podcast. Point me in the direction of your latest quality broadcast. Because the one I listened to had me completely baffled as to what I was listening too. I checked back after to see if it was listed as comedy. Sorry, I didn’t get to the end but gave it the best part of an hour

The one podcast I’d take to a desert island. Three Bean Salad is like a sumptuous hotel buffet of European hams. One is a haphazard spread of lukewarm offerings that those with braver tastes may pick at in the hope of a satisfying morsel, and the other is a sumptuous hotel buffet of European hams.

Once you get over that 2 of the presenters sound almost identical, you’ll enter a world of absolute joy. The show is funny, heartwarming and full of top notch jingles. I cant recommend this highly enough.. Well I can, it’s really really good. There.

I hope you listen, I hope you get through the sound a like thing and enjoy being taken of to tangents that you had never thought of before.

I want them to my friends - and this is in fact the joy of the show: each episode feels like the funniest night you’ve had in ages hunkered in the corner of a pub with some mates. This is very funny

This is, in fact, my favorite podcast of all time.

At a time of climate crisis, never had there been more need for lukewarm. Are they saving the world? Possibly. Are there so many in jokes that if you attempt to start kid way through you’ll bleed from your ears? Probably. But no matter how tough things get, this podcast has yet to fail to lift my spirits. They are the three ultimate pub friends, clever enough to keep the banter following, self effacing enough to be utterly loveable and probably generous enough to get a round in.

Start at the beginning, forgive episode 1 where they are getting into the swing of things and never look back. I listened to the the sleeper train section in the episode ‘Hats’ on a walk - so funny, I had to pee behind a tree for fear of a bladder malfunction

If you had asked me about my interests before I had listened to this podcast, I probably would have said I’m only involved or interested in the raising of dairy herds and beef animals. However since I have opened my ears and heart to beans I find myself absorbed in posters, tusks, portraiture, Jeffreys/Geoffreys, immortality, S04 E01 and crisps. So come on in and luxuriate in the regal zone, digestive tract talk, the Pompidou section and the guitar ridden sounds of America……………………….burgers.

The three beans take a suggestion from their listeners every week and then wilfully shoot off on a tangent, barely touching on the topic.

Consistently hilarious and the highlight of my week, except for when there are 5 Wednesdays in the month.

Highly recommended.

Can’t deal with the smugness any more. It’s basically a podcast that makes me feel bad. Been trying to work out why as they are 3 individually funny men but somehow they make me want to shoot myself in the head. After shooting everyone else in the world in the head.

Absolutely brilliant show. A genuine laugh out loud (LOL) show. Three genuinely funny chaps having a ball, and they’re happy to let us hear their babbling.

Honestly, none of it is important. None of it matters. It’s just three guys and their random chat. But it isn’t full of misogyny or sports or bravado - instead it has honesty and imagination and absolute silliness (and some genuinely superb editing). I could listen to these chaps talk for weeks.

Probably one of the funniest podcasts out there.

Three charming gents, three mates chatting maximum waffle and having a good one whilst providing comic gold.

The Rome episode, (number 3 I think) the Russell Crowe & panini section, one of the few occasions that resulted in tears from an audio based stimulus only. Gold.

Whilst always leaving a few episodes in reserve, listening again, intermittently, from the beginning, doesn’t take the shine away.
