I’m Shannon Jackson, your host and former anxiety sufferer turned adventurer, mom, and anxiety recovery coach! I struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for 15 years. And now, well, I help people to push past the stuff that I used to struggle with - things like panic attacks, the fear of being trapped or losing control, driving anxiety, toilet anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and a whole lot more!
