Sleep paralysis is a common experience, and sensitive subject material. I’ve had my fair share of this strange phenomenon. In this episode, I share my most recent encounter with sleep paralysis, and my realization that it’s not as scary as I once thought it was. This seemingly “terrifying” event may play a role in healing trauma, and emotional wounds.
