We had the pleasure of chatting with Kash for this week's episode! Kash is a pediatric RN living and working the nightshift in NYC. We talk all things pediatric nursing, what it's like being a male in a female dominated profession, nightshift life and the true meaning of drunk or delirious, going to nursing school during COVID, and of course...the dreaded NCLEX. Kash opens up about taking the NCLEX multiple times before passing and has tips for anyone in nursing school or studying for the NCLEX now. Some of the things he talks about are getting over the fear of failure, and believing in yourself. His positivity is contagious and we could have talked to this gem for hours.
