Paul Minter features in the first episode of the Gobsmacked! podcast. He shares how he has faced his own mortality numerous times, serving for nearly 18 years in the British Army, completing several frontline tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He’s been blown up and had thousands of bullets whistling past his head and seen his comrades and friends die before his eyes, and tragically still committing suicide. Paul will be running 5000 miles around the coastline of the UK to raise money to help fellow comrades face their trauma and get the right support.
