I have been mind blown with this class - the support you receive is second to none.
It has completely changed my mindset on food, positivity in general life, my mood and lots of other areas.

Motivational and speaks a lot of sense

Scott really cuts through the myths and traps of diet culture and yo yo dieting, all backed by scientific research that he uses to back up his info. The challenge allows you to make small meaningful changes that ingrains new habits so that a healthier lifestyle and real changes in your body happen without even really trying too hard!

Amazing kickstart

This is the perfect way to kickstart a healthy lifestyle. The difference to other methods is that there is a range of resources available like Trtle radio, podcasts, an online community and this method does not measure success by weight alone. It helps to change your mindset around food and health lifestyle, promoting a positive relationship with food.

These daily podcasts are absolutely fantastic and a great way to start your day. Scott is really informative on subjects that are usually made so complicated - it’s a breath of fresh air! Learnt so much from doing the 14 day mindset challenge and it has given me the kick-start I needed to change my lifestyle for a happy me.

Transformational!

I’ve tried everything on the market I’m terms of dropping weight, but I’ve never approached it via mindset and this was the ‘ah ha’ moment for me. Scott and the team are so supportive and authentic in their approach. The manageability of one change at a time took away the overwhelm and confusion I’ve experienced in the past. They cut through the ‘noise’ and provide you with ah education. Knowledge is power and I feel confident in becoming a healthier version of myself. Added bonus, I’m reading again which I found difficult over the past few years. This is truly the best programme I’ve ever tried and will continue my journey - watch this space.

Having previously signed up over the years to 2 different but very popular Diet groups… I can honestly say this no THIS makes a whole world of difference!

Love listening to Scott’s podcast on my morning dog walks! Lots of easy to follow advise about healthy eating & lifestyle, as well as calling out fad diets and food myths. This podcast is one of my main reasons for signing up to Trtle; it’s easy listening, light hearted & puts you in a great headspace for the day ahead.

Mindset trial

The whole point of me joining was to get help with my food, but after these two weeks I think the most important thing about this trial was the daily podcasts. It put me in such a great routine to start the day along with trtle radio and the information has been crazy! Brilliant podcast

I initially joined the free 14 day nutrition & mindset masterclass to find out what Turtle was all about & to get a handle on my weight. I totally loved listening to Scott’s podcasts every day. They helped with starting the day right or even cheered me up when my morning wasn’t going in the right direction. Loved his jokes as well.

Easy to digest!

Short and to the point, Scott successfully manages to cover key areas that help with the mindset of how we can approach a healthier lifestyle. Whether this is how we think about food, about the diet industry or about how we view ourselves, Scott manages to give some thought provoking ideas! An easy podcast to digest and one I enjoyed starting my day with!

I have loved adding Scott’s podcast into my daily routine. Scott is really positive and explains things in a way that makes sense. I have found these podcasts motivational in my health and fitness journey. I have had a pt for a year now and feel I have learned more in the past 2 week on nutrition with Scott and the team than I have in a whole year with my pt! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Spent years stuck in a rut with weight gain after giving up dancing as a career and had accepted my “natural body shape” was just “bigger”. Trtle help you remove all bias toward yourself, they encourage and empower - not beat down and insult. You will feel brighter, more positive, and then the weight starts to drop as a byproduct. Invest in yourself, this takes 15 minutes a day and it’s a game changer. You won’t regret it. 🐢
