I’ve just listened to the one on authenticity with Mark Meyer - it wasn’t a vanilla conversation. Instead they challenged the notion of “just” be yourself as not a very useful advice, talked about internalised expectations and how hard it is to even figure out who you are before you get to expressing it.
And the insight that authenticity is not an selfish act - wow! that was brilliant.
