The men, after tricking a blacksmith, get keys made for the house in Piccadilly and the others they discovered in London. Arthur and Quincy head off to sanctify the boxes elsewhere while Seward, Harker, and Van Helsing go to the house in Piccadilly. Once inside the lake quick work of the boxes, and try to find out any more Info from the letters and papers in the house. Mina sets a quick telegram to the men at Piccadilly, saying that Dracula has left Carfax in a fury to presumably check the other homes around London. The men set a trap for the count, and prepare to take him out once and for all. The count arrives, and being daytime is largely powerless; the men easily over power him, but he leaps through a window and runs to the stables in the back.
The count taunts them, but Van Helsing sees through his guise, and knows that the Vampire is scared, knowing he only has 1 box left to hide in. After making their way back to the asylum, Van Helsing hypnotises Mina to try and follow the Count's movements.
