It is Christmas time and for some of us, this may bring about feelings that we are missing out on that relationship that didn’t happen for us during the year and we have to put up with the questions from our family over Christmas dinner about our relationship status!

In this episode, I wanted to share some tips on how to get through this time of the year:

Shift your focus to your achievements in all the other areas of your life where you have kicked ass!

When a negative or low vibrational thought arises, ask yourself this question to shift your mindset and have you feeling inspired instead!
