I will never forget being told by a PT that the fix to my knee pain was to stop running. I was gutted and frustrated, and even felt the true cause of my injury was being completely overlooked. Fast forward 10 years later, I have made it my mission to show runners that running is safe and healthy. I'm Kat! Physical therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and run coach. I am on a mission to foster a community of like-minded individuals striving to be the best runner they can be. The RunwithKat show is a fun, informative podcast that is centered around providing you all things running related so you can be the fastest, smartest, healthiest, and happiest runner you were born to be.
