Marcel Hof is an inspirational teacher of breathwork, cold exposure and endurance, and other mind body practices. I met with Marcel at the Resolution Festival in New Zealand, and we sat down for a great chat about his experiences training with his brother Ice Man Wim Hof, and how his own practice and teaching has developed with a somewhat different approach.
