It was while engaging in Babson's Program for Entrepreneurship Educators that he found his passion for design thinking. Phil is now a UK based Babson Fellow, and continues to share his learning experiences and knowledge with small business owners worldwide.
Phil and Lucy have since created and facilitated the UK's first accredited Design Thinking training - 'Navigating New Horizons' - aimed specifically at small business owners seeking to scale by working differently, not harder.
