Just listened to the first two episodes and I love this podcast already. As a trauma survivor who has battled mental illness for decades, as a mother of a teenager who battled mental illness and as a qualified therapist, I love so many things about this podcast

✔️ The short, sweet, and to the point episodes. No waffle, or chit chat, or prolonged explanations, the information is easy to learn and embed.
✔️ Tools to help use our mind in our favour
✔️ The host has a gentle clear voice. I tend to struggle understanding strong British accents or words and phrases to specific British dialects but Alison’s voice is clear, gentle, concise.
