If you've run a marathon, you'll know the final 385 yards once you pass the 26 mile marker is just the tiny tip of a massive iceberg which includes months of sacrifice, commitment and dedication.
Join us as four experienced marathon runners share their weekly ups and downs through training blocks, with each series covering the build up to spring and autumn marathons. We start with the final weeks of Lizzie's block to Berlin and Chris and Andrew's block to Valencia in December.
