Distance to empty review

As a coach; I have worked with Kevin for many years through the TrainingPeaks coach/ athlete matchmaking program and it was fun to get to know more about him on the segment of; ice breaker, deep and deeper. There is some useful coaching content in the podcast and I especially agree with the point that was made where the longest lasting coach/ athlete relationships are often built where the coach truly cares about the athlete and their goals.
